Thank you for your interest! To be considered for inclusion in the Makers Table program, your business must be based in Minnesota and produce its own products or represent Minnesota-based businesses (e.g., a store that carries MN Made products). To help us get to know you, please fill out each section of the application as thoroughly as you can.

The annual cost of the Makers Table Program is $500 during this initial launch period. A monthly payment option is available at $45/month (price difference to cover increase in credit card fees). No payment is due until your application has been accepted and the program begins in the fall. The value of all program elements exceeds $1000.
